1. What SpecProtect is
SpecProtect ("Spectra", "we", "us") provides Roblox/Luau script obfuscation and a licensing/key system, plus a Discord bot offering server-protection features (anti-raid, anti-nuke, scam-link filtering) and buyer-management tools. By using the website, bot, or API you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must meet Discord's own minimum age and follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You authenticate with Discord; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your keys and PIN confidential.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use SpecProtect to protect, distribute, or facilitate malware, exploits used against others without authorization, stolen or infringing code, or anything illegal. You may not resell or redistribute the service itself, attempt to attack or overload our infrastructure, or abuse the giveaway/key systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of scripts you upload. You grant us only the limited right to process and store the obfuscated output so it can be delivered to your buyers. We do not store your raw source unless you explicitly opt in to the source vault. You are responsible for having the rights to any code you upload.
5. Plans, payment & refunds
Paid plans are Premium (recurring monthly) and Lifetime (one-time). Prices are shown on the site and may change for future purchases. Payments are handled via the methods listed at checkout (e.g. PayPal, LTC, and card where available). Card payments carry a 10-day money-back guarantee; manually-confirmed methods (PayPal/LTC) are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.
6. Protection disclaimer
Obfuscation raises the effort required to reverse-engineer a script; it is not a guarantee that a script cannot be cracked, leaked, or copied. No obfuscator is unbreakable. We provide the service "as is" and make no warranty that protection, uptime, or delivery will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpecProtect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, leaked scripts, or lost data arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
